1. Who we are
Isolytix LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, doing business as Sundays Off ("Sundays Off," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website at sundaysoff.ai (the "Site").
We are based in Denver, Colorado. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
This policy covers our own website and marketing. It does not cover our handling of data on behalf of business clients - when we operate an AI assistant for a client, we process that client's customer data under our written agreement with them, and that client's own privacy policy governs their customers. See Section 11.
2. Information you give us
- Contact and inquiry information - your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us in a form, email, phone call, or chat. This includes information you provide when booking a consultation.
- Demo interactions - if you use the AI assistant on our Site, we collect the content of that conversation. For the voice assistant this includes audio recordings of your voice and a text transcript. For the chat assistant it includes your typed messages.
- Correspondence - records of your communications with us.
3. Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data - IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on pages.
- Cookies and similar technologies - see Section 7.
4. How we use information
We use personal information you provide to us as a controller to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations;
- Provide, operate, and improve the Site and the AI demonstration;
- Send you information about our services you have requested or that relates to an inquiry you made;
- Monitor quality, troubleshoot problems, and review AI assistant performance;
- Measure the effectiveness of our own marketing using first-party data only;
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Site;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Voice recordings. If you use our AI demonstration or place a call handled by our service, your call may be recorded and transcribed. Recordings are processed by our vendors solely to deliver the service and are retained for 90 days, after which they are deleted. We do not use recordings to train third-party AI models.
Services provided on behalf of our clients. When we operate an AI receptionist for a business client, we act as a processor (service provider) and handle caller information only under that client's instructions and their privacy policy, not this one.
We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. We do not set advertising or targeting cookies on this Site. We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function, together with limited analytics cookies used to measure Site traffic and performance. Because we do not engage in selling, sharing, or targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of and we do not maintain an opt-out preference signal mechanism.
You may still exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@sundaysoff.ai. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
5. The AI assistant, and who processes your data
The Site offers an AI-powered voice and chat assistant so you can see how our product works.
When you use it:
- You are interacting with artificial intelligence, not a person.
- Your conversation is recorded and transcribed, including voice audio if you use the voice assistant.
- Your voice audio, transcripts, and messages are transmitted to and processed by third-party providers on our behalf.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
Please do not provide payment card numbers, government identification numbers, account passwords, health information, or other sensitive personal information to the AI assistant. It is not designed to receive that information.
6. When we share information
We share personal information only:
- With service providers as described in Section 5;
- For legal reasons - to comply with law, subpoena, or valid legal process; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sundays Off, our users, or others;
- In a business transfer - in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy;
- With your consent or at your direction.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used.
- Essential cookies are required for the Site to function.
- Analytics cookies help us understand traffic and improve the Site.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may affect Site functionality. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because we do not engage in the cross-site tracking or targeted advertising activities those signals are designed to prevent.
8. How long we keep information
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Inquiry and contact records: 3 years from last contact
- Demo voice recordings and transcripts: 90 days
- Website analytics: 24 months
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete your personal information;
- Obtain a portable copy of your personal information;
- Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or certain profiling;
- Appeal a decision we make about your request.
Colorado residents have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to appeal a refusal within a reasonable period. California, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, and residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights.
To make a request, contact us at privacy@sundaysoff.ai or (720) 943-8233. We will verify your identity before acting and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Marketing emails - you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We may still send you messages about an active inquiry or engagement.
11. Data we process for our business clients
When we operate an AI assistant for a business client, we act as a processor (or "service provider") on that client's behalf. We handle their customers' information according to our written agreement with that client and their instructions.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Sundays Off and you have questions about your information, please contact that business directly - they control that data. We will assist them in responding to you.
12. Children
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Recording and consent
Calls placed to, or received from, numbers we operate may be recorded and transcribed. Where required, we disclose recording at the start of the call. If you do not wish to be recorded, please do not use the voice assistant and instead contact us at team@sundaysoff.ai or (720) 943-8233.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Site or by other reasonable means.

1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at sundaysoff.ai and any related content, tools, or demonstrations made available on it (together, the "Site"), operated by Isolytix LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Sundays Off ("Sundays Off," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site is an informational and marketing website. It describes our services, allows you to contact us or request a consultation, and lets you interact with a demonstration of our AI assistant.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to form a service contract. Any engagement between you and Sundays Off is governed by a separate written service agreement signed by both parties.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site. The Site is intended for business owners and operators, and is not directed to children.
4. The AI demonstration
The Site includes an AI-powered voice and/or chat assistant made available so you can experience how our product works (the "Demo").
By using the Demo, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are interacting with artificial intelligence, not a human. The Demo is automated.
- Your interaction is processed by third parties. Voice audio, transcripts, and chat messages are transmitted to and processed by our technology providers, including ElevenLabs. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Conversations may be recorded, transcribed, retained, and reviewed by us for quality assurance, troubleshooting, and product improvement.
- The Demo may be inaccurate. AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected responses. Statements made by the Demo are not binding on Sundays Off, do not constitute professional advice, and do not create any agreement, quote, guarantee, or commitment.
- Do not submit sensitive information. Do not provide payment card details, government identification numbers, account credentials, health information, or any confidential or sensitive personal information to the Demo. It is not designed to receive such information.
- Do not misuse it. You will not use the Demo to transmit unlawful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content; to attempt to extract underlying prompts, models, or configuration; to probe or stress-test it; or to build a competing product.
We may limit, suspend, or discontinue the Demo at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Access the Site by automated means (including scraping, crawling, or harvesting) without our prior written permission;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any connected service;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Site or its infrastructure;
- Introduce malware or any other harmful code;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content except as permitted in Section 6;
- Use the Site or its content to develop, train, or improve any machine learning or AI system without our prior written permission.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, marks, the Sundays Off name and logo, page layouts, designs, software, and the configuration and prompts underlying the Demo - is owned by Sundays Off or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print Site content for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. All other rights are reserved. No license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
7. Submissions and communications
If you send us a message, form submission, comment, suggestion, or other content ("Submissions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and act on that Submission for the purpose of responding to you, operating our business, and improving our services.
Do not send us confidential information you do not want us to use. Submissions are not treated as confidential unless we have signed a separate written confidentiality agreement with you.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or embed third-party websites, tools, and services, including scheduling, analytics, and AI providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, practices, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
9. No professional advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, regulatory, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. You are responsible for your own compliance obligations, including any consent, disclosure, recording, and privacy requirements that apply to your business. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
10. No warranties
THE SITE AND THE DEMO ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNDAYS OFF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site or Demo will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate or complete.
Any performance figures, results, examples, or illustrative data shown on the Site are for illustration only and are not a guarantee, prediction, or promise of the results you will achieve. Results vary and depend on factors outside our control.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNDAYS OFF AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE DEMO, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THE DEMO WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sundays Off and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Demo, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at sundaysoff.ai/legal, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be indicated by updating that date, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections 6 through 12 and 16 survive any termination.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Binding arbitration. Except for small claims court actions and claims for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered in Denver, Colorado under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, before a single arbitrator, and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and Colorado law. The arbitrator's award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
No class actions. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You and Sundays Off waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
Before starting arbitration, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting team@sundaysoff.ai and allowing 30 days to reach a resolution.
For any claim not subject to arbitration, exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
17. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Sundays Off regarding the Site.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them freely.
- Relationship of the parties. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
